Barley tea is made from roasted barley, popular in Korean cuisine. It is also used as a caffeine free coffee substitute in American cuisine. In Korea it is served year-round, hot in winter and cold in summer. Specially it helps 'cold symptom' such as coughing, sneezing for children too.
